Meet The Owner
Hi, I'm Alishia Clark, an Occupational Therapist and the owner of Therapeutic Solutions Made Possible, LLC. I am excited to meet you!
I'm a proud graduate of Alexander Central High School in Taylorsville, NC, and a 2004 graduate of Winston-Salem State University's Allied Health Sciences Occupational Therapy program. With 21 years of experience in the Occupational Therapy field and five years in healthcare prior, I've had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home health, outpatient clinics, acute hospitals, short-term rehab, and mental health.
Throughout my career, I've had the honor of helping people from all over the world, with all kinds of diagnoses and injuries, from limb deficiency, stroke, and general deconditioning to fractures, brain injuries, and even heart attacks. In addition, I am experienced in social, emotional, executive functioning, and so much more. My experience has equipped me to provide outstanding OT services to people of all ages, both young, old, and in between.
More than anything, I have a deep passion for helping others. If you or a loved one are in need, I have the heart to work for you. I’m here to help you get back to living life to the fullest.
My Story
In 1997, my husband and I learned our second son would be born without hands. As we prepared for his arrival, I was filled with a powerful sense of not being equipped to care for a child with such unique challenges. Soon after his birth, I met his first Occupational Therapist. She taught me so many things, not just the how-to's of caring for his differences. It showed me a whole new way of seeing and approaching the world. This experience ignited me. I was determined to become educated and prepared to give our son the very best chance at life.
Eight years later, I earned my degree in Occupational Therapy. Little did I know how much I'd rely on those skills in my own life. When our son was diagnosed with cancer in 2012, my OT skills became useful, again within our own home. Again in 2014, my oldest son sustained a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures. Once more, we were faced with a medical crisis, juggling my role as wife, mother, and a healthcare professional.
I sat in the hospital with our children struggling and watched so many other patients and their families struggle while dancing the dance for insurances, jobs, and corporate America and how it affected each and everyone. I didn’t know then, but I do now that I am supposed to be the resource for someone else the way my son's first therapist was for me.

In 2021, my husband reminded me and encouraged me to build my dreams. That's when Therapeutic Solutions Made Possible, LLC (TSMP) was born.

Today, we are so proud to have a company where we can provide exceptional Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. My hope is to take the burden away from my patients and their families, offering the best care at our clinic. My family has been there, and our team of therapist at TSMP are here to get you back to living and laughing.
